Clean rooms and good location. Breakfast is good but sometimes starts late and is missing tongs and spoons for some of the food items. The security guy on the ground floor is friendly. I asked for some change for a taxi to the airport and they would not give me any but insisted the taxi driver would. I checked this twice and they said they definitely would. They did not and I had to rush around the airport finding something to buy so I could pay the driver. Not good. My room was clean and spacious (bizarrely I had two double beds and two bathrooms!).

We arrived there on my birthday and a big surprise was waiting in our room! A bottle of red wine, a red rose bouquet and warm wishes written in Greek! Our room was very big, clean, cozy with a magnificent city view! The breakfast was rich and tasty! All the people working there were very kind and willing to assist us. Many thanks to Paruyr who made a reservation for us in a jazz club:) he is awesome! We are very pleased from all the services and we highly recommend Kantar Hotel! This is for sure a value for money!!!!

I waited for 10 to 15 minutes to be seated in the restaurant. They didn't put fresh fruits. The fruits in the buffet were very few and placed like garbage, and they were not what I liked to eat. I saw the kitchen staff, an old woman putting away a big plate of various good fruits and putting them in the refrigerator, so I walked over and asked them, can I have some other fruits? I don't like the current one and it's not fresh. She and another male employee told me mercilessly that it was already past 10:30, but I had been sitting in my seat waiting for at least ten minutes and they did not give fresh fruit to the guests. I have stayed in a hotel so many times, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation. They store good food and do not give it to the guests, but their employees enjoy it themselves. Because I saw the same situation yesterday morning. After the guests finished breakfast, their employees They ate better than the guests, and kept stuffing food into their mouths while the guests were dining. It’s incredible! I reported the situation to the front desk, and a girl just said sorry and did nothing. In her opinion, it was normal because they were all beneficiaries. I can only write down the real situation! Really angry!

For people like me, who always check online reviews before booking a hotel, I highly recommend Kantar Hotel. This establishment deserves 5 stars for its impeccable service, facilities, delightful breakfast, and genuinely helpful staff, making our Armenia experience unforgettable. It is a family-friendly hotel that provides cribs/cots for babies. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, consistently maintained with crisp, clean linens, beddings, and towels. Upon requesting a room with a balcony, they not only provided one but surprised us with two balconies! 🙏🏻 Situated at the city center, you can conveniently walk to the best and must-visit restaurants and places in Yerevan. The breakfast selection is delightful! The ladies preparing and cooking the food are very nice and friendly. Wifi connection is available 🤗 They even surprised my son with a beautiful cake and toy as he celebrated his birthday during our stay. How thoughtful! 🥰 We will definitely book and stay at Kantar Hotel again when we return to Armenia. 🇦🇲Kudos to all the staff! 👍🏻
